When you're bowhunting, do you shoot with a wrist release and a String Loop at the same time?

Or do you use one or the other? You know what I mean, the thing that you strap around your wrist and it clamps on there... do you put that on the loop on the string, or is that for when you don't have a loop on there?

The little loop helps but you don't have to put the release there. But I think it is best to do so, as it pulls from straight behind the nock keeping everything in a straight line. If you shoot a lot, it helps on bowstring life, in my opinion. It's easier and cheaper to replace an arrow loop than a bowstring.
