How do I site in a 3-pin Bow Site? I have my yard marked off at 20yds, 30yds, and 40yds..10 points best answer?

I know I have to move the pins, but which way do I my the site? Up, down, left, right? Is it backwards or do I follow the arrow?

The 20 yard pin will be the top pin on your sight, the 30 will be the middle pin and the 40 will be the lowest pin. Zero your 20 yard pin in first. You will need to follow the arrow with the pin to zero it in- if the arrow hits high, move your pin a little higher, if it hits low, lower the pin. The same with left-right. Just follow your arrow. Then put your middle pin just under the 20 yard pin and repeat the process. Do the same with the 40 yard pin. But there is a lot of stuff that needs to be done before setting the sights.- tuning the bow, selecting the right length and spine weight arrow, setting the center shot and nocking point,etc. You more then likely will need someone that has a little experience in bow tuning to help you.
