How do you retrieve lost PIN on Neopets after bounced emails?

Help please
I don't know why it keeps bouncing!
How exactly do I contact them?
I'm really not sure how to.
I've been playing for years.
But I'm not sure where to ask my own questions,
not guide myself through others'.

You need to contact the neopets team.
Will probably need to verify some info for them.
I would hate to lose my pin, all ur neopoints and items..... the horror, I have millions tied up in the account.
Well I can't access the website right now to get the link but try this http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml

or go to an area where you find the pin icon. click it. It should take you to a page where you can add or remove pin protection. There should be a link there for pin recovery. I hope that helps.
