target help????????????????????????????????

i work for a camp that needs a Archery Target that lasts long and a 13 year old kid can shoot a practice arrow at and have it actualy penetrate it, not bounce off. i have a budget that is very small (under or at 100 $). does one exist and if so how can i get info on it?

ps. i already found

but i cant find any info on it except

i cant find any hay in my area at least not till fall but i need it now

We use the targets made of layers of foam compressed down using a couple straps and shrink wrap. The arrows go between the layers and are stopped by the compression of the foam layers. We have used the same target for going on 4 years now, we just repaint the face and then paint on new bulleyes.

Not only would it stand up to a 13 year old; ours stands up to 3 adults shooting up to 70-lb draw and 2 crossbows at 150-lb each.

You can pick em up at BassPro, Cabelas or D*cks Sporting Goods for well under $100.
