Waterproof Target

Best Waterproof Mascara?

My allergies are horrible in the spring...my eyes are always watering and look about half their normal size. Basically I look emotional or high most of the time.

I'm looking for a good quality WATERPROOF mascara I can pick up at Target or Wal Mart that won't smudge. Any recommendations?

This is a pretty good mascara, I would recommend it.

I thought that you might like it when I read this review on it: "I have allegies which affect my eyes (tearing and puffiness), so I must use waterproof mascara. I tried this mascara after a representative at Nordstrom showed me her eyelashes and said the length was the result of using one coat. She was absolutely right! The length I get is unbelievable, the volume just as great, the mascara stays in place all day, is easy to remove. I LOVE it!"
It's a bit pricy, but since it's allergy season it might be a worthy investment.
