Need recipe for lemon drop shot?
I had an awesome shot called a "Lemon Drop Shot". I noticed that a lot of recipes call for fresh lemon. Is that the best?? I can't see the bars squeezing fresh lemon and I wonder if they use some type of replacement. Please give me your best recipes!
Recipe for a Lemon Drop Shot is:
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Cointreau
2 Oz. of Citrus Vodka
You can substitute with bottled Lemon Juice, but wouldn't taste the same, and if you did just use a few drops as it is more concentrated. Inmost cases bars use sour mix instead of fresh lemon juice.
Measure over ice, shake then strain
