Which manufacturer should I chose for a new Nvidia video card?

I've chosen to buy an Nvidia 8600GTS to replace the 7300 LE that came with my new dell XPS...Yes I would like an 8800 but Im not made of gold and I dont want an ATI. Newegg seems to have the best deal, but I am way confused since there are about two dozen 8600GTS cards made by different manufactureers and with different speeds. Is PNY or EVGA the best or XFX, ect...? And which one! My budget is at or less than $180.

At 189.99 after rebate a tad higher than your budget but you'll need the 512MB version to run the higher resolutions and some of the newer games coming out.
