Green Tan

What country or heritage has people with olive/tan skin and blue/green eyes?

I'm looking for certain countries or places in the world where the people have olive/tan skin and blue/green eyes?

Mediterranean countries like Spain, Italy, Greece, but most of the people have brown, there are still a lot who have green or blue.
My dad has green eyes, my mother had brown though, I have light brown eyes.
Also southern Slovak countries, and north eastern Iranians tend to have green eyes and are often tan.
Turkey does as well.

I would say Irish but they don't usually have tan/olive skin.
