Need jumping help!!please?

when my horse jumps he is too I don't know (quick or slow he usslay gallops to it ,to pick up his backhooves and knocks the poles over all the time i gave him a lot of release and tons or rain but keeps nocking em down!!

Are you in hunters or jumpers?
Either way, You need to have a deeper seat on him though out the whole course. Bump his mouth the whole time to frame up and colect him. Also right before the jump a few strides out start half halting him to slow his pace down so he can be ready. Also, you might want to put a saddle pad or blanket out across the jump and when he sees this he will be thinking ' hey! whats this!? I dont want ir touching me!' and he is more than likly to pick up his feet. You my want to try taking the jumps down a notch... put them into 18in crossrails, and just practice doing them at a trot, then when its perfect add more jumps, but he must stay at the trot the whole time! And ANOTHER tip to try is ad a pole before the jump. he will see t and not want to step on it so that leads to him picking up his feet!
