In fallout 3 i've hit a super glitch and i cant figure out how to make it stop... need help badly?

I'm doing the velvet curtain quest and I'm trying to get back to the hotel but it won't let me fast travel or even get close... it freezes or the load screen gets stuck in the never ending loop. I've tried to reload and even re save...

"# ps3 Upon entering room 1D you cannot leave it. The game freezes at the loading screen. To fix this, load an earlier save from outside the room, and then re-enter the room.
# ps3 Attempting to leave the bank may result in the loading screen playing an infinite loop."
