Which Compound Bow is Smoother Faster overall better. The Hoyt 2010 AphaBurner or the 2010 BowTech Destroyer?

I currently shoot a Hoyt 09 AlphaMax 32 in 70# & Diamond Razor Edge 60# With today's prices buying the wrong bow is cause of buyers remorse. I would like to get thee smoothest quietest accurate bow for 60 yards and closer. (In 50 to 70# weight pull) (28" Draw Length) Although both bows are considered speed bows, FPS is not a major factor in choice. I'm concerned about the action ie smoothness, durabiliity, transition into let-off, a solid wall, and overall construction in a dual cam system.

You will learn you cannot combine speed with smoothness. You are going to have to sacrifice the smoothness to get the speed. I personally feel that smoothness, quietness, and accuracy is the best combination you can have for Hunting Bow.

I think you have about the best hunting bow on the market in the Hoyt Alphamax. You may or may not improve by buying the Hoyt Maxxis. But the Afterburner is a speed bow and that will be the only thing you will improve by getting it-- bow speed and little else.
