What is the appropriate shaft length for a bow with a 26" draw length?

Enough to give you clearance at the front end. Shoot 28"... 30"...32", whatever.
Just mind the weight you're firing. Adding length adds weight for the same style of arrow, so your speed is slower, the trajectory isn't as flat for the same distance shot when the speed is less, and the sighting needs to be higher.
