What is the best way to increase Strength level in Runescape?

Iam currently level 62 in my strength level, and I have not completed Monkey Madness, but unlocked the Frankenstein training area. I have level 70 attack, and 60 defense. What is the fastest weapon to level up my strength, not using the Toktz weapon with the Berserker amulet, nor the Dragon Scimitar. Thank you for any suggestions

the fastest weapon for training strength is the saradomin sword, and with full sacred clay armour you get double xp.
as for where to train there are lots of options, hill giants, moss giants, ice giants, ice warriors, rock crabs, giant spiders anything with a high lp and a low defence

note: most people train at giat spiders 3rd lv of stronghold of security because they are aggressive and don't drop anything so you can fill your inventory with food
