Does Tiscali set up my phone line for me?

Hi,

Just moved into a property where there's been a phone but currently deactivated. I'm thinking of taking out the Tiscali broadband and phone package. Do I need to go to BT and get the phone connected and pay them a monthly line rental first or does Tiscali do all this for me?

The line will be BT's so you will have to get them to re-connect you, and then you will have to put up with a contract probably 12 months, you can go to Tiscali before the end of the contract but will still have to pay BT for the full 12 months.
